Totts serves the younger generation who need too much stuff! At this time Totts has designed boxes for 3-24 month old babies and toddlers. If you are in need of supplies for 24+ months at this time just contact us. We'll be happy to build a customized box for you until it's available on our site.
What's included in each box?
Each box is designed and tested to include the essential items most children of that particular age need for the selected amount of days. We understand that each child and travel scenario is special that’s why while we have a recommended set of supplies we can work with you to tailor components of the box to fit your child’s needs.
Our service focuses on disposable supplies and sundries needed during travel. A typical box would include items such as: diapers, wipes, detergent, soap, toys, creams, food supplies, storage bags, etc. We try to keep costs low for you so we focus on the items that are needed by most children.
We do not offer child equipment such as car seats, strollers or pack-n-plays. There are companies throughout the US and abroad, such as babyquip.com, that offer rental services to eliminate the need to bring those items with you on trips
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF A BOX?
All items outlined in the description of each box and any extras selected (in addition to some extra goodies). If for some reason an item is no longer available and cannot be replaced with a similar item we will offer a reimbursement for the cost of the item.
Standard 7-10 day UPS Ground shipping is free.
To WHERE DO YOU SHIP ?
Totts is only shipping at this time to the continental US but plans to expand internationally soon.
Within the continental US we ship to most destination addresses including hotels, homes and rentals (at this time we cannot accommodate shipments to P.O boxes).
Before placing your order to be delivered to your destination please make sure to contact your host, hotel or rental to inquire about receiving shipments to that location. Some hosts, hotels or rental homes do not accept packages deliveries and may reject the package. We are not responsible for packages that are not accepted and returned to sender.

Will my shipment arrive in time?
Yes! We are constantly monitoring and keeping track of all boxes shipped to ensure it gets delivered and received at your desired destination. If for some reason the box is not able to make it to your destination in time due to unforeseen circumstances, Totts will refund you the entire cost of the box and reimburse you for a day's worth of supplies
Please make your purchase at least 10 business days before your desired arrival date (or date you would like your package received). This allows us to ensure that your box will arrive in time for the start of your trip!
Can you do overnight shipping?
We'd love to ship items to you as fast as possible. Please contact us if you need faster shipment and we can work to provide you with faster processing and overnight delivery for an additional cost
What is your return policy?
We're here to make sure you feel prepared for your trip, and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are ever unsatisfied with your box you can return the box to us with all the unused items for a full refund of the purchase price.

Can i make changes to my order once it's placed?
We'll be happy to work with you to make any changes you need when we can. This depends on whether the order has been processed and shipped. Please get in touch with us ASAP after you've made an order if you wish to make a change and we'll try to make it possible!
Order cancellations may be made as soon as the order is placed but can depend how much the order has been processed. Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order
do you offer different brands of the same product?
In our boxes we include trusted brands that parents rely on daily and in some cases can offer a selection of brand options. To ensure we're able to fulfill your order we focus on brands that can be kept in stock.
If you have any special needs we can work on developing a more customized box offering for your travels. Just reach out!
